Duration/period of work: Seasonal – Spring: April 2026 through late May 2026; Fall: September 2026 through early November 2026.
Wage: $200 USD based on a 9-hour day (approximately $29.25–$29.50 per hour); lodging, fuel, and food are all provided.
Language: Must be able to read, write & speak English.

Skills/Requirements: Previous waterfowl guiding experience; Ability to call ducks & geese; Be physically fit and able to work long hours; Have a trained retrieving dog or experience with retrieving dogs; Be flexible to work all days of the week (varied work days); Be willing to work outdoors; Be self motivated; Have a good attitude and relate well to clients; Participate in setting up and breaking down spreads; Be able to read RM maps; Have a clean driver’s record; Resume required; References available upon request.
